How do you charge — hourly or fixed?
Both. Most retainers run monthly with a clear scope per sprint. One-off audits and redesigns are fixed-price with a short SOW upfront.
How fast can we start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks. If it's truly urgent I can sometimes squeeze in a smaller engagement sooner — just say so on the intro call.
Do you work with engineers directly?
Yes. I live in pull requests, Figma comments, Linear tickets and Slack threads — wherever your team already operates. No design-vs-engineering wall.
Do you sign NDAs?
Of course. Standard mutual NDA before any deep product walkthrough, no problem.
What time zones do you cover?
I'm in Delhi (IST) but I overlap with US East mornings and all of EU. Most of my retainer clients are remote-first teams.
Can you help us hire a full-time designer?
Yes — that's part of the consultancy offering. I help shape the role, screen portfolios, and run loops so your first hire isn't a guess.
